Yaippi Games is an independent studio that makes games for phones. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit yaippi.com or play our games.

This website
yaippi.com has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so your browser doesn’t contact other companies when you visit.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We don’t use this information to identify you. You can read how Cloudflare handles it in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
If you switch the site between Night and Day, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It isn’t sent to us. One private area of the site, where our own testers download test versions of our games, needs a sign-in through Cloudflare Access, which sets a sign-in cookie for those testers only, for up to 24 hours; visitors to the public pages never get it. The only information the website stores is what you choose to send us through the contact form, described below.
Our games
Each game has its own privacy policy. It lists what the game stores on your phone, any advertising or other partners it works with, what they collect, and how to opt out or ask for deletion. A game’s policy is published before that game is released, and updated before any version that changes how data is handled.
If you contact us
When you send a message through our contact form, we store what you enter: your email address, your name if you give it, the game and topic you pick, your phone model and system version if you give them, and your message. We also store your browser’s user-agent string and a scrambled (salted and hashed) version of your IP address, which we use only to stop spam and repeated submissions. We can’t turn it back into your IP address.
Messages are stored in a database run for us by Cloudflare. We use them only to reply to you and to fix what you report. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone. We keep a message until your request is resolved and for no longer than 12 months, and we delete it sooner if you ask. If you write to hello@yaippi.com instead, the same applies to your email.
Children
We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. The website stores nothing about you unless you send us a message, and each game’s policy explains how that game handles younger players. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
Uninstalling a game removes the data it saved on your phone. Each game’s policy explains how to make requests about data held by its partners. For anything we do hold, such as messages you sent us, you can ask for a copy or for deletion through the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change affects a game, we’ll update that game’s page before the version with the change is released.
